Every successful certification provides double proof of authenticity. Physically, a secure sticker (silver or gold) is placed on your windshield, featuring a unique QR Code for instant verification on the HECC official website. Additionally, the center must provide you with a printed or PDF HECC certificate including this QR code. If these elements are not delivered, you must report this failure to HECC; the center’s responsibility will be engaged to ensure our network integrity.
If your vehicle does not meet the safety or health criteria (SOH) required by the HECC protocol, a failure certificate is issued, detailing the specific reasons. No sticker (silver or gold) will be applied to your windshield. The certified center is free to offer repairs based on their skills and your wishes, but this is an independent maintenance service. After any repair, a new complete diagnosis is mandatory to validate the certification, which will be subject to a new billing at the current rate.
